Desirée Rumbaugh has been teaching yoga for 20 years and is certified by the founder of Anusara Yoga, John Friend. She travels the globe teaching workshops and retreats with unending enthusiasm, joy, and positive energy. With a background in yoga therapeutics, Desirée’s philosophy is “yoga shouldn’t hurt.” Her programs are designed for those who have avoided yoga because of a lack of flexibility, low fitness level or chronic pain—because these are the people who need yoga the most.
