About the Weight Loss Series

Studies have shown that our #1 priority when starting a fitness program is to lose weight. And for a lot of us, our weight is a constant battle.  We’ve tried the cabbage soup diet, the cayenne cleanse, the miracle pills, and the powdered drinks, just to name a few. But this yo-yo cycle of up and down can get you, well, down. So we’re here to help! The tried and true method of weight loss is a combination of healthy eating and increased exercise. As much as we wish that tiny little pill will do the trick, we know it won’t. We have to make the effort and make a commitment to ourselves. Let’s get started!
