Prenatal Yoga with Desi Bartlett
Yoga is an ideal way to stay fit and healthy during pregnancy. This flowing, gentle yoga practice is designed to be used through all three trimesters. Meditation and breathing techniques lessen stress, reduce fatigue, and quiet the mind. Desi has an undergraduate degree in kinesiology, with a minor in dance, and a master's degree in corporate fitness. She holds advanced certifications in yoga, personal training, and group fitness. She is also a continuing education provider through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Council for Personal Trainers. Originally from Chicago, Desi now lives in Southern California.
