|When personal trainer and prenatal fitness expert Erin O'Brien became pregnant with her first child, she searched high and low for a prenatal exercise routine that suited her lifestyle and fitness level. Despite the recommendations of doctors to exercise daily, there were no such routines on the market, so Erin decided to create one. Filmed when Erin was seven months pregnant with her first child, this fun, invigorating program includes both a 40-minute cardio/toning workout and a 20-minute partner workout. |
Erin O'Brien has been working as a pre/postnatal exercise specialist for the past 10 years in elite fitness clubs in both New York City and Los Angeles. She is certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (for group exercise), The Fitness Institute of Training (as a personal trainer), and Polestar (for Pilates mat and reformer training). She obtained her certifications for pre/postnatal, post-rehab, and flexibility training through Esquerre Fitness Group. Erin has an MFA degree from New York University and a BFA from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. She is the proud mother of two children and resides in Los Angeles with her husband, James Denton.
