About Beginners Series:

We all have to start somewhere, right? The Beginners series is designed so that every fitness newbie will find something they enjoy. Or maybe you work out regularly but want to try a new fitness discipline. (What’s this yoga thing I keep hearing about?) Learn the basics in the privacy of your own home with an easy-to-follow workout and a detailed explanation of the practice. With two 10-minute and two 20-minute programs, you can start off slowly and customize your workout as you grow stronger and more fit.
