You may use the website or call our toll-free number to check the status of any order you've placed with Acacia. Information available includes status (shipped, backordered, etc.), ship date, carrier and tracking number when available.

Online Order Status
You may check the status of an order by visiting your Order Status page, which can be reached by clicking on the Order Status link found at the top of most pages on the site.

After clicking the link, if you are not already logged in, you'll be taken to a login page. From there, you'll be directed to an Order History summary page, detailing your past orders. Any currently-available order information will be reflected here.

Should you desire more detail on a particular order from the summary page, click on the order number. This will take you to a detail page which will give you full information regarding what products were in the order.

Order Status by Phone
You may also check order status by phone. Please call Customer Service at our toll-free number: 1-800-944-0474, 24 hrs, 7 days a week. Please note that there may be a delay between the time an order is placed online and when it is visible to our telephone representatives. Please allow a few minutes between placing an online order and calling Customer Service.

How you can track a package:

Once an order leaves our fulfillment center, we email a shipment notification with tracking information.
  • For orders shipping in the US: To obtain a delivery status, enter your tracking number at www.ups.com. Note that all US orders will be shipped via UPS (except APO/FPO). DHL is NOT an option for US customers.
